I have been a member of Greenpeace for years and years...long before they became fashionable, I have always wished that I had their courage to follow what they believe and help save the world. Climbing up the ladders when the sea was calm dispelled any idea I had secreted away of being useful.
The sun shone today and it was warm, shiver my timbers, I couldn't believe it. The sun has been out since I have been here but it has been very cold. Enjoyed an ice cream whilst watching some elderly gentlemen playing a huge game of chess on the pavement in front of me. I enjoy a game of chess. They had huge pieces of wood and I couldn't tell the knight from the bishop otherwise I would have thrown my hat into the ring for a game.
