Pole Dancers should not have pierced nipples...

My lodger Tara announced that she was off to Cardiff for a taster course in Pole Dancing, "Can I borrow your camera" she asked happily, "Only if you allow me to print photographs of you on my blog I bribed" "Okay," she agreed readily

Here is Tara in her pole dancing gear ready to set out for Cardiff looking very confident indeed.

Apparently she was soon to find out that having pierced nipples isn't a good addition to your body if you are sliding up and down a pole. Poor Tara got one caught and resolved to wear a bra next time!

Even though the photograph below is out of focus, I thought you would all enjoy an out of focus photograph of our Tara in full pole dancing pose....
