Well, Roger and I had a good effort. We have discovered that the pies in Australia are sensational so much so that when we stop at a pie shop Roger has TWO pies.
We are at Etty Bay and have had the good luck to have seen a Cassowary on two occasions. We have marvelled at the way he swallowed his big seed in one gulp and we could see it going down his neck. To see this bird in the wild has been the highlight of our holiday, we call him BobBlue.
Just finished singing with another Welsh lady called Rose who emmigrated here about 10 years ago we polished off a bottle of wine and started to serenade everyone she was from Clydach originally and loves it here. Will I come home... I am seriously thinking about becoming Australian too...
