Amelia Trust Farm

Posted by Boudica on February 28, 2008 9:21 AM |

The sun shone beautifully it was a day to make the most of so Casey and I jumped into the car full of expectation to visit The Amelia Trust Farm on the five mile lane leading into Barry.

The daffodils were resplendent and the animals were on form. The ducks were quacking and the cockerel was doing his "cock-er-doodle-do bit" at the top of his voice. Casey followed the ducks everywhere, I am sure they thought she was one of them towards the end of our visit.

A young woman was holding her young child in front of the donkey. "What does a donkey say?" she asked the child....."Hee Haw" answered Casey confidently. I was ever so proud...
